How to Play Skyward Deluxe Crash Game

Skyward Deluxe - Basegame

If you’ve played the original Skyward, this revamped version should feel familiar. It’s largely the same but includes a few new elements to expand its multiplayer capabilities and offer new ways to win.

As before, the game follows a plane as it takes off and flies across a black sky. To play, you need to place one or two bets before a round begins. A bet multiplier appears on screen at the start of each round and increases every 250 milliseconds while the plane is moving.

The aim is to cash out before the plane flies away and leaves the screen. However, if your bet is still active when the plane exits, you’ll lose your wager. If you want to keep playing, you can bet on the next round before it begins.

During any round of Skyward Deluxe, you can place wagers of between £0.10 and £100. The theoretical RTP is impressive at 97%, though this is calculated over a long time and doesn’t represent the actual returns you can expect in each session.

The volatility is high, and the maximum multiplier available is massive at 100,000x. However, the plane will need to stay airborne for a significant stretch of time to reach that multiplier.

The chances of achieving the top multiplier are tiny, as the plane often flies away after a short flight. During my playthrough, the plane often exited the screen immediately after takeoff — leaving me with tiny payouts in many rounds.

Best Casinos to Play Skyward Deluxe Crash Game

Skyward Deluxe is available at a wide range of online crash game casinos in the UK, and you can play it at any of them today. But to help you find a trusted, reliable site, here are the best casinos hosting the game:

Skyward Deluxe Crash Game Features

For Skyward Deluxe, BetGames has introduced multiple new features. These add depth to the game and create new winning opportunities.

Sky Drops

Aviator Auto Cash Out

Sky Drops function like free spins in a slot game. These are free bets that can drop at random, allowing you to keep playing for longer with fewer real-money wagers. Each Sky Drop offers each eligible player a maximum of one free bet, and you can claim them via the Live Chat.

Community Jackpots

Aviator Auto Bet

Community Jackpots can drop at random during any round. These provide all qualifying players an equal share of the prize shown in the ‘Jackpot’ box. If you have an active, real-money bet in the current round, you’ll receive part of the jackpot whether you win or lose.

Community Jackpots are progressive and have no ceiling value. They keep growing as players place bets, and they reset after they’re awarded.

Live Chat, Leaderboards, and Winboard

Aviator Dual Bet Option

You can use the Live Chat feature to interact with other players during rounds. The Live Chat feature is easy to use and entirely optional, so you can ignore it if you would prefer to focus on the gameplay instead.

The Leaderboard shows the highest-scoring players. This feature tracks player performance and converts cashed-out multipliers from real-money bets into points. Players with the most points receive prizes. The Winboard shows the highest results achieved within specific time frames.

Autoplay

Aviator Dual Bet Option

You can use the autoplay feature to place automatic bets instead of setting up wagers manually.

Auto Cash Out

Aviator Dual Bet Option

To cash out manually, press the ‘Cash Out’ button. But if you would prefer to cash out automatically, use the auto cash out feature. You can determine when the game should cash out for you to avoid losing more than a certain amount in each round.

Skyward Deluxe Interface, Theme & Sound

Like the original Skyward, Skyward Deluxe has a simple visual style. The plane is identical in its design, though the colour has changed from a red-and-blue combo to a blue-and-white scheme. The background is black at the start of each round, but it changes colour as the plane flies and the multiplier increases.

As for the interface, that has undergone some noticeable changes. The new Live Chat window below the gaming area gives you the chance to interact with other players. You’ll also find the Leaderboard and Winboard next to the Live Chat space.

Between the gaming area and these community-focused spaces, you’ll find the twin control panels. With their user-friendly designs, the control panels make placing bets and setting up automated plays easy.

Skyward Deluxe’s music is relaxing and matches the plane’s gentle ascension and flight. The soft hum of the plane’s engine adds to the calming mood, too.

Skyward Deluxe Final Thoughts

Skyward Deluxe is an outstanding crash game. It builds on the original Skyward in fun ways, bringing in new community-focused features to boost player engagement.

But it also adds the Sky Drops feature that awards random free bets, while the new progressive jackpot could boost your winnings. The jackpot has no limit and may reach massive values before it’s awarded.

The presentation has also been changed in small ways, but it’s still recognisably Skyward. As before, the maximum bet multiplier is huge at 100,000x, and the theoretical RTP is 97%.

If you like the original game, you’re likely to feel the same way about this one. The new progressive jackpot and Sky Drops offer ample reason to try it even if the social elements don’t appeal to you.
