Giant Squid

Any random spin might see the Giant Squid show up to rearrange the symbols on the reels. This will lead to either a winning combination or the improvement of a payout.

Puffer Respin 

Triggering 3 or more puffer fish with prawn coins on the same spin will activate the Puffer Respin round. This is a hold and spin-style feature played using the reels underneath the activated puffer fish. You get 3 respins with which to land fish symbols on the open reels. Fish symbols have a cash prize which will be awarded by the end of the round, and landing at least 1 fish resets the number of respins back to 3.

The Puffer Respin round has 2 additional features. The first is the shark. If a reel is filled with fish symbols then a shark will swim through it to multiply the value of each cash prize by 2x. It will then collect all the fish and unite them into a single skeleton symbol holding their total multiplied value on top of the reel. This shark can be retriggered multiple times during the round. Then there’s the giant squid, which may move a cash prize from a closed reel to an open one, locking it in place.

While not exactly mind blowing, 4 Fantastic Fish Puffer Pots brings plenty of charm and solid win potential of up to 12,500x the stake. The visuals are lovely, while the choice of hold and spin round makes for a change of pace from the typical free spins plus fishing feature. Our main complaint, really, is the low 94% RTP, and that’s before one considers how operators can lower it even further.
