Better Barn House Bonanza’s biggest draw is its expanded wheel feature, now with no less than 3 different wheels. There’s also a free spin feature ready to be unlocked. Let’s see what these involve, then. 

Free Spins

Land at least 6 egg scatters to trigger the free spins round. You can also randomly trigger the free spins whenever you land 1 or more scatters, as these are collected in the nest on top of the reels. This collection feature can then randomly add more scatters to the reels, potentially awarding you with the free spins. 

Whichever way it is triggered the round consists of 6 free spins where the positions of the triggering scatters are marked with a straw square. Land another scatter in a straw square and this will be upgraded, first to wood and then brick. If a scatter lands in a brick reel position then another random reel position will be marked with a square. If you manage to mark all reel positions with brick squares then you’ll get an extra payout of 10x the stake for every scatter landed. 

Once the free spins are over all marked positions transform into straw beds or houses, and the fox will show up to reveal random money prizes in each item. These cash prizes can be worth anything from 0.4x to 150x the stake. Brick houses can also hold Mini, Minor, Major, and Grand prizes worth 8x, 40x, 500x, and 5,000x the stake respectively. 

The free spins take place on special reels and can be retriggered by landing 3 or more scatters on the same spin. This adds +1 spin to the total. 

Wheel Bonus 

All reels of Better Barn House Bonanza hold wheel symbols, while Bigger and Better wheels on reel 5. Landing 3 or more regular wheels triggers the Wheel Bonus. This is a spin of the wheel that awards you a random prize. Land 2 regular wheels and the Bigger wheel on reel 5 for the Bigger Wheel Bonus, or 2 regular wheels and the Better wheel for the Better Wheel Bonus. 

Prizes on the wheels include the Mega Egg feature, which adds a 2x2 to 5x5 size scatter to the reels to trigger the free spins, the Barn House feature that transforms the triggering wheel symbols into brick squares for a round of free spins, or one of the Mini, Minor, Major, or Grand prizes. Better Barn House Bonanza is, essentially, more of the same as far as Bigger Barn House Bonanza goes. That’s not too bad of a thing, mind - we haven’t seen too many slots featuring the slot position upgrade mechanic lately.
