There is a lot listed on the feature menu here, and it can look intimidating written down. In practice, almost all of it funnels into one simple loop: get cash values on the reels, then get a Collect symbol on reel 3 to sweep them up.

Cash Collect

Cash Prize symbols land on reels 1, 2, 4, and 5, carrying values between 1x and 1,000x your bet. Collect symbols appear only on reel 3. Land a Collect while any cash values are visible and it gathers every one of them instantly. That makes the middle reel the single most important position in the game, and most spins are quietly building to that connection. Each Collect symbol works independently, so landing two means the values on screen get paid twice. Playtech’s Buffalo Blitz Cash Collect runs the same basic idea, as does Blueprint’s own 3 Pots O’ Riches, though this version keeps the collect zone tighter by restricting it to one reel.

Progressive Bank

Every Cash Prize and Collect symbol that lands feeds the bank sitting above its reel. At random, between one and four of those banks can fire, dropping extra Cash Prize or Collect symbols onto that reel to force the Cash Strike Bonus into life. It is a smart bit of design, honestly, because it gives near-miss spins a purpose and keeps the meters ticking even when the reels are being unkind. Cash Strike Bonus

Land at least 3 Cash Prize or Collect symbols on adjacent reels and you enter the Cash Strike Bonus, which awards 3 spins. Any Collect symbols you hit stick to their positions until the feature ends, sweeping up every cash value that drops. Each new symbol that lands resets the counter back to 3, so a hot run can extend the round considerably. This is a hold-and-win by another name, and it lives or dies on which upgrades you triggered it with. There are four: Max Reels pushes every reel to its full 5 symbols, Boost adds 1x to 5x the bet to a random Cash Prize each spin, Multiply applies a 2x to 5x multiplier to a random Cash Prize each spin, and Respin lifts the spin pool to 4.

Power Force 5

Trigger the bonus with a symbol landing on the middle reel and you get the enhanced Power Force 5 mode, where all four upgrades run at once and several are strengthened. Boost always adds a full 5x, Multiply is locked at 5x, and the spin pool rises to 5. This is the round you actually want, and it is where the game finally earns its keep. Given Cash Prize symbols can carry values up to 1,000x, a guaranteed 5x multiplier landing on the right orb is the difference between a pleasant round and a session-defining one. Everything else in this game is a waiting room for this.

Rapid Fire Jackpots

Rapid Fire overlays can appear on any regular symbol, and landing 5 or more in a single spin triggers a wheel spin that awards either a fixed cash prize or one of the progressive jackpots. This is Blueprint’s house jackpot system, the same one running behind 3 Pots O’ Riches Megaways Rapid Fire, and it is exactly where that missing 0.99% of your RTP has gone. Do not build a session around it. Worth knowing: Blueprint also ships this game in a Jackpot King edition at some casinos, so check which jackpot wrapper your operator is running before you assume.

Power Play Modes

Power Play strips the reels back so only Cash Prize and Collect symbols appear, which sounds fantastic until you read the price. Each Power Play spin costs 5x your base bet, and higher tiers cost more again, with the top Ultra Power Play mode lifting the max win ceiling to 10,000x. Here is my honest advice: Power Play is not recommended unless your bankroll is comfortable and you fully accept what you are paying for. You are quintupling your cost per spin on a game already returning 94%, which drains a balance at a startling rate. If you want to try it, drop your base stake to the floor first and treat it as a short experiment rather than a strategy.

Blueprint released Meerkat Mayhem, The Goonies Cash Inferno, and Wolf Fury Fire Blitz within roughly a month of each other. Volume is the business model, and Cash Strike Power Force 5 Megaways is very much a product of that conveyor belt.

Playing it, I kept having the same thought: this is fine. The collect loop is proven and mildly compelling, the Progressive Bank meters give you something to watch on quiet spins, and Power Force 5 is a genuinely decent bonus when it finally shows up. Cash values reaching 1,000x mean a well-timed 5x multiplier can produce a proper result. I have no complaint about the mechanics.

My complaint is the maths. A 94% RTP is a poor deal, and the fact that a chunk of it funds a jackpot you will almost certainly never win does not soften the blow. What makes it worse is that earlier Cash Strike games ran at 96%, so this is the series moving in the wrong direction while charging you extra for the privilege of a jackpot ticket.

The Megaways label bothers me too. Cash Strike Hotstepper Megaways squeezed the engine onto a tiny 3-reel panel, and this one stretches it to 3,125 ways, which is more than any previous Cash Strike offered but a fraction of what the badge implies.

Cash Strike Power Force 5 Megaways lands at a 6 because the machinery works well and the numbers do not. The cash-collect loop is dependable, the Progressive Bank keeps dead spins from feeling entirely dead, Power Force 5 is a satisfying round when it arrives, and a 6,000x ceiling with progressives on top gives you something real to chase. But a 94% RTP is a meaningful step below what you should accept in 2026, particularly when earlier games in this same series managed 96%, and the Megaways branding promises considerably more than 3,125 ways delivers. Throw in a Power Play mode charging 5x per spin and a max bet capped at £20 that will frustrate bigger players, and you get a competent, familiar, slightly cynical release that will entertain existing Blueprint fans without converting anybody else.
