There are no Cash or Collect symbols, but there is a multiplier that increases by up to x3 for every wild that lands. Also, you earn extra spins if two or more scatters appear.
Cash Strike
The other free spins round, Cash Strike, consists of a single spin. Only Cash and Collect symbols appear. One Collect symbol will definitely land, so you will earn a payout at least. If enough symbols appear, you will earn an extra spin and multiplier.
Power Play
