Blueprint is perhaps infamous for cramming its slots with all manner of bonus features. Kong Even Bigger Balls is no exception, with a set of features wrapped around its collect mechanic. Let’s see what this involves. 

Kong Collect

We’ve already pointed out the football symbols, as well as the Collect symbol found on reels 1 and 6. Land a Collect together with the footballs and it will expand to fill the entire reel before collecting the values on the footballs for a cash prize. Successive triggers of the Collect move you through the unlock trail, awarding you with new features as follows: 

• Win Streak Kong Collect - unlocked with 2 triggers. This has footballs lock in place for a respin. If this leads to new footballs then the process repeats until there are no more new footballs on the reels. 

• Stepper Kong Collect - unlocked with 5 triggers. Any initiating football symbols step up or down to fill the entire reel. 
• Win Blast Kong Collect - unlocked with 8 triggers. This collects any football symbols before the reels are cleared and new symbols drop in place. Any new footballs that hit are collected and the process repeats for up to 4 times. 
• Scoring Wheel - unlocked with 12 triggers. Land this together with a Collect for a spin of the wheel. This can award you with either a cash prize or a round of either the free spins or Even Bigger Balls bonus round. 
• Goal Blitz - unlocked with 16 triggers. A pot that collects any football or wheel symbols that land without a Collect. The pot can randomly come to animated life on any non-winning spin to award you with a random modifier. 
• Even Bigger Balls Bonus - unlocked with 20 triggers. An upgraded version of the free spins round that involves up to 5 mystery prizes. 

Free Spins

Landing 3 or more scatters awards you with a round of 10 free spins. During these any Collect symbols landed are collected, with 3 adding 5 free spins to the total. These Collects also boost the round multiplier, which starts at 1x and can reach up to 10x if you manage to accumulate 12 Collects. 

Even Bigger Balls Bonus 

The Even Bigger Balls feature replaces the free spins once unlocked through the Collect mechanic. This is still a round of 10 free spins, only it starts with the chance to pick up to 5 mystery upgrades for your round. Upgrades include higher paying low pays, additional spins, only football, wheel, and Collect symbols appearing on the reels, more footballs, and additional Collects on the reels, among others. 

Kong Even Bigger Balls doesn’t do anything too surprising if you’re familiar with any of Blueprint’s output, never mind the Kong series. We have the big 6-reels setup, as many paylines as you can get, and a progress-based bonus system. As such the question is whether you have the patience - or the budget - to stick with this game long enough to unlock everything it has to offer. The answer, most probably, is not really as this is one slowly paced game. Which might make it perfect if you stick to a slot for the long haul, but we’re sure that’s not the case with most players!
