Supersized has a base game full of active modifiers and three bonus tiers triggered by Fatty scatter symbols. The key distinction between the tiers is whether cloned reels carry over between spins. In the top two tiers, they do.

Connected Ways Engine

Three or more matching symbols connecting from the leftmost reel in any horizontal or diagonal path award a win. The Connected Ways format means that a Clone-expanded grid of 10 reels can create win connections that span the entire playing field, with diagonal paths providing win opportunities that a fixed-payline structure could not.

Clone

When a Clone symbol lands on any reel, it creates an exact copy of that reel and inserts the copy immediately to the right. The copied reel is flipped. Brown Nudge Delight

A horizontally expanding Wild that lands on any reel except reel 1. When it activates, it converts all symbols to its right on the same row into Wild symbols, then substitutes in any winning combination it touches. It is one of the most aggressive single-symbol modifiers in the base game, capable of generating multi-row Wild coverage across the full width of a standard or expanded grid.

Press

The Press symbol lands on any reel except reel 1, then removes all standard symbols below it on the same reel. As it reaches the bottom row, it transforms into a Wild that participates in the win evaluation. Big & Win

The key upgrade in this tier: if a Clone symbol lands, all cloned reels are kept for the next spin; if no Clone lands, the grid resets to the 5-reel setup. If a Clone lands during one spin and expands the grid to 8 reels, that 8-reel layout remains in place for the following spin. The Germinator mechanic is what makes Supersized interesting to me, not because elimination features are new, but because the path to the max win is spelled out in advance in a way that most Extreme volatility slots deliberately obscure. Whether you get there is another matter entirely, because ten Germinator landings across a bonus round is a sequence that demands variance tolerance most players will test once and not return to casually. But the logic is transparent, which is worth something.

The Clone expansion mechanic is genuinely engaging. Watching a 5-reel grid grow in real time, knowing that in Fatter Spins that expanded grid can stay expanded, creates a physical sense of the board building in your favour.
