While Wild Blood 2 is certainly bigger than the first game, its visuals are more of a refinement than a complete overhaul. The artwork is even more painterly, while the setting has been changed from modern urban fantasy to what Play’n GO describes as the American South during the Civil War. We couldn’t really tell whether that’s actually the case while spinning the reels, but the four characters are dressed in suitably ornate costumes, so at least they do look the part.
Since we’ve mentioned the characters, we might as well point out that the three lady vampires - the blonde Laura, the redhead Margaret, and Rebecca the brunette - are the game’s high-paying symbols. A skull and a dagger act as the midpays, while the traditional A, K, Q, J, and 10 card royals are the low pays. The unnamed male vampire acts as the wild, and can appear in stacked form on reel 6. Land him and this will award you a respin! The final symbol on the reels is the blood vial scatter. Land the stacked wild in full on reel 6 and it will move to reel 1 for a respin. The wild lock in place for this respin, but this feature cannot be retriggered. In addition, you cannot trigger the free spins during this respin.
Bloodlust Free Spins
Landing 3, 4, 5, or 6 blood vial scatters triggers a round of 10, 15, 20, or 25 free spins. These spins start with a choice of 3 different round options, each with its own modifiers.
- Laura: Any wilds landed will spread either up or down the reel. If the Vampire Respin is triggered during this round then any Laura symbols on reels 2, 3, 4, or 5 will turn into wilds during the respin.
- Margaret: This round adds a wild collection feature paired with a progressive multiplier. Collect 4 wilds and the round multiplier will increase by +1 and award you with +2 more free spins. This way the multiplier can grow to a maximum of 5x. In addition, if the Vampire Respins is triggered then any Margaret symbols landed on reels 2-5 during the respin will turn wild. The scatters are not present on the reels during the Margaret free spins.
- Rebecca: Any wilds landed have a 2x or 3x multiplier. The multipliers on the reels are added up, up to a maximum of 81x. Trigger the Vampire Respin and any Rebecca symbols that hit on reels 2-5 during the respin will turn wild.
The free spins can be retriggered during the Laura and Rebecca rounds, as landing 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 scatters will add 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 spins to the total.

However, we must note that the combination of relatively low RTP of 96.18% and medium volatility can lead to an oddly relaxing experience, as the wins tend to come small and frequently.
