Another busy Saturday afternoon of Premier League action beckons, with five games in the traditional 3pm slot set to be followed by a teatime tussle at Molineux as Wolves host Liverpool.

Arsenal were agonisingly denied at champions Manchester City on Sunday and Mikel Arteta will be keen to avoid any slip-ups as Leicester City come to North London.

Brentford and West Ham do battle in the west of the capital, while Chelsea and Brighton duel nearby.

Everton host Crystal Palace at Goodison Park and unbeaten Nottingham Forest take on Fulham at the City Ground, rounding off a sextet of contests that complete Saturday's Premier League action.

  • ARSENAL TO WIN & OVER 3.5 TOTAL GOALS VS LEICESTER
  • OVER 3.5 TOTAL GOALS BRENTFORD VS WEST HAM
  • CHELSEA TO BEAT BRIGHTON
  • UNDER 2.5 TOTAL GOALS EVERTON VS CRYSTAL PALACE
  • DRAW NOTTINGHAM FOREST VS FULHAM
  • LIVERPOOL TO WIN TO NIL VS WOLVES

Bet On The Premier League

Arsenal vs Leicester

Mikel Arteta and his Arsenal side were accused of deploying the dark arts as they picked up a worthwhile point at Manchester City on Sunday. Even allowing for the fact John Stones scored with nearly the final kick, it was an outcome Arsenal would have accepted beforehand and, undoubtedly, at half-time once Leandro Trossard had been sent off.

Now, the trick for the Gunners is to ensure they don't allow the Foxes to steal anything from them at home.

Leicester were uninspiring in beating League Two Walsall on penalties in the League Cup in midweek but despite being winless, Steve Cooper's side have scored in all five Premier League games so far.

That trend may continue here, which can contribute to a high-scoring win for the Gunners.

ARSENAL TO WIN & OVER 3.5 TOTAL GOALS

Brentford vs West Ham

Brentford and West Ham are both in the bottom half and with plenty to ponder for Thomas Frank and Julen Lopetegui – in particular, the latter as the Hammers faithful are beginning to question what direction the Spanish boss is trying to take them in with no apparent style of play emerging so far.

Between them, these two have managed to lose four of the last five in the Premier League – though they have faced good opposition along the way, including both tackling Manchester City.

The Bees haven't managed a single clean sheet in the league and have only prevented League Two Colchester from scoring so far in seven games.

This fixture last season saw Brentford win 3-2, while West Ham got revenge in a 4-2 London Stadium success in February. Goals is the way to go again, with over 3.5 in total the pick.

OVER 3.5 TOTAL GOALS

Chelsea vs Brighton

Brighton remain unbeaten with two Premier League wins and three draws ahead of their visit to Stamford Bridge but successive ties with Ipswich and Nottingham Forest have clipped the Seagulls wings to some degree.

Their last visit to London brought an impressive 1-1 draw with Arsenal, but their record on the road now shows just two league wins in 15 attempts.

Chelsea easily dismissed West Ham last weekend as boss Enzo Maresca made it four league games without a loss since their opening weekend defeat to Man City.

Entering this weekend, only the champions have scored more than Chelsea's 11 in the league, and the Blues were busy in midweek, hitting Barrow for five in the League Cup.

Momentum is with the home team, who won this fixture 3-2 last season, and they can take maximum points.

CHELSEA TO WIN

Everton vs Crystal Palace

Everton got their first point of the season at Leicester last week, but, given they led for an hour, Sean Dyche might feel that was a missed chance.

With five games played, the Toffees welcome Crystal Palace and this pair help form a group of six teams still without a win – suggesting the relegation barometer might be set lower points-wise come May.

Oliver Glasner can have more of a 'half-full' attitude than his counterpart in the Goodison Park dugout. His side have drawn with Chelsea and Manchester United and progressed twice in the League Cup in a five-game unbeaten sequence.

Four of the last five meetings have produced two goals or less, with a pair of scoreless draws in there, and it should pay to side with a low-scoring clash on Merseyside

UNDER 2.5 TOTAL GOALS

Nottingham Forest vs Fulham

All credit to anyone that had Nottingham Forest down for remaining unbeaten after five games. Their successful trip to Anfield stood out like a beacon for a loss, but they have also been to the south coast twice and collected four points from Southampton and Brighton.

Nuno Espirito Santo should be very pleased with the Tricky Trees but they face another side going quietly about their business in Fulham and Marco Silva.

Their opening loss to Manchester United saw them hard done by, but they are unbeaten in four since in the league, the highlight being last week's 3-1 win at home to Newcastle. The Cottagers only missed out on a League Cup round of 16 tie after a marathon penalty shootout went Preston's way.

Next up for Silva is improving on a record of three away wins in their last 20 attempts. Both teams tend to score in Forest's home games – six of the last seven – and with no draws in the last 11 meetings of this pair, they are overdue a stalemate.

DRAW

Wolves vs Liverpool

Wolves are another of the six clubs awaiting their first victory and manager Gary O'Neil has cause for concern given that they have allowed leads to slip away in their defeats at home to Newcastle and away to Aston Villa either side of a League Cup loss at Brighton.

They enter this weekend with the joint-worst defensive record alongside Everton, having shipped 14 goals so far and failed to keep a clean sheet in 17 successive Premier League games.

Wolves won't be too happy to find Liverpool on their doorstep now, with the Reds winning 14 of the last 15 Premier League clashes.

Liverpool have won 14 of their last 26 away in the league, losing just three, and have netted in all bar two in that sequence. They had to come from behind here last season, but scored three times in the second half.

Arne Slot's team are looking defensively sound, conceding just once in five so far in the league, and can hold Wolves off with minimum fuss.

LIVERPOOL TO WIN TO NIL
