Any content that is abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or defamatory will be removed.
Personal and/ or sensitive information on your reviews
Do not share yours and anyone else’s full name, email, phone number, addresses, account details and/or anything else that could be used to identify you or someone else directly or indirectly and may endanger your privacy, since all users’ comments are public.
Duplicate Reviews
Users should not submit multiple reviews for the same brand or game.
Review Moderation & Approval
- All reviews are moderated before being published to ensure they meet our guidelines.
- We aim to approve or reject reviews within 4 working days of submission.
- Once your review has been approved or rejected, you will receive an email sent to you on the email address you submitted with your review informing you of our decision.
- Gambling Zone reserves the right to edit reviews for clarity, grammar, or readability while keeping the original intent intact.
- Once submitted, reviews cannot be edited directly by users. If you wish to update your review, you may submit a new one, which will replace the previous version after moderation.
- If you wish to delete a review, please contact us via [email protected] with the details of your submission and we will remove your review and associated data from our system.
- We do not accept paid reviews or incentivized submissions.
- Gambling Zone is a review platform, not a regulatory authority or dispute resolution service.
- We do not intervene in disputes between users and casinos or verify individual claims made in reviews.
- If you have concerns about a casino’s conduct, we recommend contacting the casino’s customer support or referring your complaint to the relevant gambling authority.
