New UK License
Online casino players in the UK will soon have even more gaming options, with leading slot developer Boldplay being granted a remote operating license from the United Kingdom Gambling Commission (UKGC).
A Major Strategic Step
The UK gambling market is one of the biggest in the world, and a license from the UKGC is highly sought-after. Boldplay will now be able to offer its portfolio of over 100 casino games to operators in the UK. This includes exciting new titles like 80 Day Escapade and Lucky Cushions, as well as popular table games like Three Card Poker.
Valli Fragoso, Boldplay's CEO, spoke about the license, saying that they are proud to have received it and are excited to begin. They added, “ This milestone reflects our commitment to providing high-quality, engaging casino games to licensed operators while upholding responsible gaming standards. We can't wait for UK players to try our games.”
A Busy Period
Boldplay’s expansion into the UK comes at a time of growth for the company. The company will now be able to provide its titles in the UK, Gibraltar, Malta, Romania, Argentina, and Peru. This move is the latest in a string of strategic moves it has made in 2024 to strengthen its position as a leading provider.
The company recently entered the Peruvian market through a deal with Marathonbet. It has also recently announced partnerships with Novibet and NuxGame, with its full game portfolio being integrated into both platforms.
