Inter Milan have the dreamlike opportunity to secure the Serie A title against their biggest rivals when they take on AC Milan at the San Siro on Monday (7.45pm BST).
Victory for Simone Inzaghi's men would give them an insurmountable lead of 17 points over the second-placed Rossoneri with five games to go and would therefore secure a 20th Scudetto.

Inzaghi's Men To Get Job Done
Inter Milan could hardly have asked for a better place to win their 20th Serie A title than at the San Siro against bitter foes AC Milan.
It feels like the title has been a long time coming for Inter, who have been head and shoulders above every other team in Italy all season.
And although they will inevitably lift the trophy even if they do not win on Monday night, claiming the title with a Derby della Madonnina victory would be a special achievement.
Inter have won 26 of their 32 matches in Serie A this season, losing just once against Sassuolo all the way back in December.
They have also conceded only 17 goals in the process and they have a pretty reliable spine to the team.
They drew 2-2 with Cagliari last time out but were missing star marksman Lautaro Martinez and there will be no chance of complacency in this contest.
Inter were 5-1 winners when these sides met back in September, meaning they have won each of the last five meetings between the sides.
AC Milan will be deflated as it is after exiting the Europa League against Roma on Thursday and an Inter win is the way to go.

AC Milan should be opposed in this game but they will not go down without a fight.
The Rossoneri can be dangerous going forwards, having netted 63 league goals this term, but they are also too permeable at the back.
Their tally of 37 goals conceded in Serie A is the highest among the division's top seven and they are not helped by the absences of key defenders.
Pierre Kalulu and Simon Kjaer are both on the sidelines and will miss out along with Malick Thiaw, who is suspended.
That limits AC Milan's options at the back and they could be especially vulnerable on Monday.
Six of their last seven games have featured over 2.5 goals with both teams scoring in five of those fixtures, so a combination of both could be on the cards in this contest.

Inter Milan failed to get over the line against Cagliari last time out but the story may have been different had Martinez been available.
The Argentinian forward missed the match due to suspension but he can return for Monday's crucial derby and could make up for lost time.
Martinez has scored an impressive 23 goals in 28 games in Serie A this season, putting him eight goals ahead of the next highest scorer in the division.
He is thriving up top alongside Marcus Thuram and is fancied to fire Inter to the Scudetto.
