Champions League Qualifying Betting Tips - 2nd Round, 2nd Leg

Champions League Qualifying Betting Tips - 2nd Round, 2nd Leg

There are four Champions League second-round second-leg qualification contests on Tuesday evening with hopes of reaching Europe's premiere competition still alive.

The action starts at 6.30pm, with kick-offs at 7pm and 7.30pm in what promises to be an exciting night of European action.

- Panathinaikos v Dnipro over 2.5 goals

- Aris Limassol to beat Bate Borisov

- Ljubljana to beat Ludogorets

Goals Could Flow In Athens

Panathinaikos are in a commanding position after a 3-1 win over Dnipro in Slovakia last week and they return to the Apostolos Nikolaidis Stadium as strong favourites.

However, it was far from one-way traffic last Tuesday and it may not be as simple for the Greek side as the prices suggest.

Dnipro won the shot count 10-7 and the corner count 4-2 at the Kosicka Futbalova Arena and on another night the Ukrainian side could have easily collected a positive result.

Either way, there were four goals in that first-leg tie, and with Dnipro having to chase the game in Athens, the goals could flow.

Panathinaikos have lost key centre-back and captain Bart Schenkeveld to injury for the second leg and that could leave the Greens a little more vulnerable at the back. Backing over 2.5 goals looks the way to go.

OVER 2.5 GOALS

Aris Can Seal Qualification

Bate Borisov are not the force of old and that was evident in a 6-2 hammering against Aris Limassol last week.

Many of the Yellow-Blues’ better performers have left the club and they have been replaced with players from the domestic league, while Aris look a progressive side.

The Cypriot champions have a young and improving squad and they are a useful outfit in the context of matches at this stage of the competition.

The Light Brigade registered 17 shots on goals and seven corners at the Alphamega Stadium last Wednesday and that was a commanding performance.

There’s no home advantage for Bate in the second leg - the Belarus side having to play their games in Hungary - and there is little to suggest the Yellow-Blues can turn this tie around.

Aris are in an excellent position and they look good value to seal the deal in style.

ARIS LIMASSOL TO WIN

Ljubljana Look A Value Play

Ljubljana’s contest with Ludogorets is finely poised after a 1-1 draw in Bulgaria last week.

That was a pretty even contest, but with home advantage Ljubljana look the bet. The Slovenian side have made some useful signings in the summer and the Green and Whites were impressive 5-0 winners over Rogaska on Saturday.

Ludogorets lost key forward Igor Thiago to Club Brugge last month and they appear to have been a little overrated by the prices.

LJUBLJANA TO WIN
