England got off to the worst possible start against Australia last time out, with Jonny Bairstow being dismissed first ball.
Bairstow will be desperate to avenge that and register a big score at this tournament, he was a key part of the team that won this event four years ago but has not managed to hit those heights this time around, with just one half-century in seven innings.
The English opening pair of Bairstow and Dawid Malan should enjoy this drop in class against a Dutch bowling attack that has struggled to prevent the bigger teams racking up scores.
The Dutch opening duo of Wesley Barresi and Max O’Down also put on an opening partnership of just three runs in their defeat to Afghanistan last time out.
England should be able to register a better opening partnership than their opponents in this one.

England’s batting line-up have struggled throughout this World Cup, but the one player who has impressed has been Dawid Malan.
The opener is the only player to average above 40 despite the friendly batting conditions in India.
Malan made another half-century against Australia and is fancied to be top England run scorer in this clash.
The 36-year-old is a big-hitter and can get this struggling English betting order off to an explosive start against a bowling attack that allowed a total of 399 against Australia.

De Leede Can Impress
The Netherlands’ bowling attack have all chipped in with wickets at this tournament, but it is the efforts of Bas De Leede that have stood out.
The Dutchman is his nation’s leading wicket taker with 11 and his strike rate of 25.6 is also eye-catching.
De Leede featured for Durham last summer, so has experience taking on many of the stars of this English batting line-up and should be well prepared.
The 23-year-old was particularly impressive against Pakistan, registering figures of 4-62 and while he can be expensive, he is likely to do much of their bowling at the death and could pick up plenty of wickets.
