Only four nations remain in this year's Women's World Cup and the tournament's two semi-finals take place on Tuesday and Wednesday.
First up is an all-European affair between a promising Spain side and experienced Sweden before tournament co-hosts Australia clash with Euro 2022 champions England.
Spain vs Sweden Tips
- Sweden to win
- Over 2.5 goals
Sweden Can Make Experience Count
While Spain are getting ready to play in their first Women's World Cup semi-final, this is the fifth time Sweden have reached this stage of the competition since it began back in 1991.
Never before have the Scandinavian nation lifted the trophy but their added experience of going deep could be crucial, especially given that the current crop were semi-finalists at both Euro 2022 and the 2019 Women's World Cup.
They have enjoyed a near faultless tournament so far, winning all three matches in their group against South Africa, Italy and Argentina, racking up nine goals and conceding only once in the process.
In the knockout stage, they first took down defending champions the USA on penalties in the last 16 - the earliest the Stars and Stripes have exited the tournament - before beating Japan 2-1 in the quarter-finals.
Their resilience at the back has been clear to see and Peter Gerhardsson's side are a nice price to see off the Spanish.
Expect Goals With La Roja Involved
Sweden may be worth consideration to win this game but Spain should put up a fight and spectators can expect goals in the match in Auckland.
While Ballon d'Or winner Alexia Putellas is still working her way back to full fitness for La Roja, they have had no issues in the final third, scoring the most goals in the tournament (15) so far.
Jennifer Hermoso and Aitana Bonmati have contributed goals from midfield and over 2.5 goals looks likely to click in this contest, having done so in all five of Spain's Women's World Cup fixtures.
Australia vs England Tips
- The Draw
- Sam Kerr to score at any time
Stubborn Aussies Can Frustrate Lionesses
The other Women's World Cup semi-final pits the tournament's co-hosts Australia against European champions England - and it is a match not to be missed.
The Lionesses continue to impress under Sarina Wiegman, who has still lost just one match as England manager, but she will need no reminding that that sole defeat came against Australia in a friendly back in April.
And England are again unlikely to have things all their own way when they reconvene with the Matildas in front of a fervent Australian crowd in Sydney.
Despite getting results, England have only really hit top gear in one match - their final group fixture against China, who they beat 6-1. Otherwise they have been reliant on low-scoring wins, edging out Haiti and Denmark in their first two games before beating Nigeria on penalties in the last 16 and beating Colombia 2-1 in the quarter-finals.
England had a touch of luck in both of their goals against Colombia and with key forward Lauren James still suspended they may have to settle for a draw after 90 minutes against Australia.
Kerr Can Make Her Mark
The big news for the Matildas heading into this match is that star striker Sam Kerr is available to start.
Kerr's involvement at the World Cup has been hampered by an injury and, although Australia have performed well in her absence, having her involved from the start could be crucial against England.
Kerr bagged 12 goals for champions Chelsea in the Women's Super League last season and showed she can perform when it matters, netting the winner in last season's FA Cup final.
She is worth consideration to score at any time against the Lionesses.
